The Save a Baby’s Life workshop is delivered at Kingston University's Penrhyn Road Campus. Anyone and everyone willing to learn life-saving techniques is welcome!

Below is a description of a typical SABl workshop:

  1. Introduction to programme

  2. What to do when a baby is unconscious or unresponsive

  3. How to perform CPR on a baby

  4. What to do when a baby is choking

  5. Infant water safety and what to do if a baby has drowned

  6. Summary of session and feedback

Each section will include begin with an introduction to the topic, followed by a supplementary video and demonstration, and will finish with an opportunity for you to practice on baby manikins in small groups with guidance from instructors.

Approximate time for each session: 90 minutes
